Due to the type of software we’re providing, we will only provide refund under certain circumstances:

  • You have up to 24h to ask for a refund, if you didn’t have a trial of the same tool in the past, if you want a trial before buying you can ask us using the live chat.
  • You may not ask for a refund if you already used the tool and you don’t need it anymore.
  • Trying to do a charge back is not allowed, if you have any problems please contact us, and we will help you solve the problem. Doing a charge back will result in your license getting suspended and your account banned.
